Nomination Charge:

₹20,000/- Per Category  (All applicable taxes are extra)

Nomination Guidelines:

1. Eligibility Criteria:

   • Nominees can be individuals, organizations, or groups who have made significant contributions in the fields related to sustainability, innovation, energy transition, or community impact.

2. Nomination Process:

   • Complete the nomination form with accurate and detailed information.

   • Ensure you select the appropriate award category for the nominee.

   • Provide a clear rationale for the nomination, including specific achievements and contributions of the nominee.

   • For nominations involving multiple individuals or a group, submit one form with details of all nominees.

3. Supporting Documentation:

   • Upload relevant supporting documents that highlight the nominee's contributions (e.g., reports, case studies, media coverage).

   • Include any references or endorsements that can strengthen the nomination.

4. Submission Deadline:

   • All nominations must be submitted by [25th Sept 2024].

   • Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered.

5. Selection Process:

   • Nominations will be reviewed by an independent judging panel.

   • Shortlisted nominees may be contacted for additional information or clarification.

   • Award winners will be announced at the Green Future Summit 2024.

6. Confirmation Process:

   • A confirmation email will be sent to the nominator upon successful submission of the nomination form.
