Guidelines for Participation
Thank you for your interest in attending the Green Future Summit 2024. Please carefully review the following guidelines before completing your registration form:
Event Details:
Date: October 4th, 2024
Venue: Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi
Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Participation Cost:
For Professionals: ₹ 15,000/- per person.
For Research Scholars, Students, and NGOs: ₹ 5,000/- per person.
Note: All applicable taxes and duties are extra.
Registration Guidelines:
Eligibility:
Professionals: Open to individuals from PSUs, CPSEs, and private sector companies involved in sustainability, energy, and related fields.
Research Scholars, Students, and NGOs: Should be actively engaged in relevant areas.
Registration Process:
Ensure that all required fields in the registration form are filled out accurately.
For group registrations, submit a single form that includes the details of all attendees.
Provide valid and correct contact information to facilitate communication.
Payment Information:
Full payment is required in advance, either with a Purchase Order or through our website.
Please provide GST details to receive an invoice.
Payments can be made via NEFT; cheque payments are not accepted.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Registrations may be cancelled if payment is incomplete or if false information is provided.
Confirmation Process:
Upon successful registration and payment, a confirmation email with event details will be sent to you.
Additional Requirements:
Bring a valid ID and your registration confirmation to gain entry to the event.
